History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jabbie grew up listening to his father's many stories. Jabbie was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
