History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: She is a mite stocky and usually wears her red robe and has her shortbow always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vani is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Vanchu alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
