Description: This slender woman stands about 5'1". She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available she will default to her spear. She has dyed her greying blue hair a little too much giving a sharp blue color. Her eyes are black and beady.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a whip on his belt. His fur is yellow and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Shifting was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Voice: Speaks through clenched teeth

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries with him a set of shortbows, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has wavy white hair. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Torbera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it
