History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
