History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Priest, but she got bored and became a Tanner. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarai grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Herbalist. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Elegant was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She struck the Courier job and began her own company from there.
