Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sorath embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She has achieved small success as a Miner.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. She has a very tight haircut. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and regain custody of her daughter

Voice: Speaks like tongue is numb

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His ears are large.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Faran's homeland. Faran decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people
