History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Carlin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Lerissa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Latbag fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quarion fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
