Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Qualen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on her left side. Her black hair is still thick. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her broad blue hat.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Xanaphia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Xanaphia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This light-skinned male is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Srorthen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Srorthen. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and regain custody of his son
