History: Umpen was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
