History: Oriel hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
