History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Ugol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
