He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Adelard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Adelard was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
