History: Roland was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was a Fisher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Ovak was taken on many hunting expeditions. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
