History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Vadania was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Wrenn has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time, and he perpetually has his shortspear ready. His brown fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Serpent liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. During his travels, Serpent and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Serpent discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Serpent fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
