History: Gifted from a young age, Halander studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She became a Mayor soon after.
