History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Sariel was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Sariel reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Beggar, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available she will default to her sword. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Body Guard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and balancing her hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult
