Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Kelter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kelter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Fragrant lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Sweet's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Sweet is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Sweet and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off her debts
