History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kerkad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Jeweler responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hugolina has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
