History: Felosial was born with her father's beautiful face. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Laborer. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
