Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears an entirely green suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a tan vest and prefers green and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
