Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Norkruuth was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and money/treasure

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
