Pelt decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Jillian was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it
