History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Meriele is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his black crest in a pixie cut. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mreksh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mreksh. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a rival would like him out of the picture
