History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she likes to wear red tank tops with grey skirt. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
