History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Xappan was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
