Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair is short and chestnut. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shepherd but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.
