History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Daar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: An older man who is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, violet shirt, and blue tie, he is not a threatening figure. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Pirithin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raer was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to reunite with her absent mother
