Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a yellow feathered hat and yellow clothes. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Avelina hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Avelina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
