Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a great chef.

History: Balam was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Balam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he would like to get married and retire
