History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
