Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Description: This late middle aged woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look and is in decent physical shape. She keeps her red hair in a flapper bob. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: To protect her home; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Willow embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Willow was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Willow's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Willow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She likes to wear brown tank tops with green skirt. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
