Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Gifted from a young age, Naeris studied abroad. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Akta was born with her father's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She tends to her Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He has achieved small success as a Doctor.
