Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a fancy yellow suit. His red hair is thinning but still full. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Charles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.
