He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
