Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Sarai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sarai was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born into a rich family. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
