History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Finellen's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Finellen never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
