Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joser grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her white hair is cut short. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has never given up on her writing dream.
