Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a tan vest and prefers black and tan shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed bow, just in case. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: This light-skinned female prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has wavy auburn hair. Her ears are large.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Myria grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and balancing her hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult
