History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older woman who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants, she is not a threatening figure. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Vaina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vaina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His crest, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Norkruuth isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. Norkruuth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
