He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Greethen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.
