Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Windy learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Engraver job and began his own company from there.
