Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Dean was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and regain custody of his son

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Dadalan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He became a Mayor soon after.
