History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a Dyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she would like to get married and retire

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the north
