Personality: She is fixated on the number 86. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a Doctor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
