History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Furrele was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Bookbinder. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels kind of lost in life
