History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Silvo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Silvo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like him out of the picture
