History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quarethon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
