Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Navigator. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Crown-heir, but she got bored and became a Navigator. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.
