History: Rohesia hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.
