Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. The war was a terrible time for her, and Phann does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Phann was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Seamstress for the past few years.
